Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Arven. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at mustafann001@gmail.com.

Exchanges

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong product, we will arrange an exchange free of charge. For all other exchange requests (such as size or color), exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping when an exchange is arranged.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at mustafann001@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photographs of the item.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange an exchange or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation before shipment
  • Defective or damaged items where no exchange is possible
  • Wrong item received and correct item is out of stock

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
